CHO is a vibe-forward FUNKY ASIAN BISTRO by MO Alkassar. It's a culinary journey through Asia showcasing some of the best dishes from countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, China, and Korea. The menu balances between authentic classics and edgier reinterpretations of Asia's flavors. The cocktail program, created with Unfiltered Hospitality, is designed to spark curiosity and keep things interesting from the first sip to the last round. And then there’s our monkey mascot. Playful, a little mischievous, and exactly the kind of energy you’ll feel the moment you walk in. CHO leans into the edginess of South Beach. It’s moody, a little sexy, always upbeat.
